The entire wedding weekend will take place at The Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs, MO. We highly recommend staying on-site for your convenience, as the nearest alternative hotel is about 20 minutes away.

For guests flying into Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and staying at The Elms Hotel & Spa, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the hotel on the wedding weekend. We’ll use the flight details you share in your RSVP to coordinate shuttle availability. If a shuttle isn’t available for your flight time, we’ll provide an Uber code to help cover your ride between MCI and The Elms. If travel plans are not finalized, please provide your best estimate or update us closer to the date.
